About the Pencils of Promise Artisan Shop

Pencils of Promise is a for-purpose organization dedicated to creating schools, programs and global communities around the common goal of education for all. Since 2008, PoP has built over 530 schools and currently supports more than 100,000 students across Ghana, Guatemala and Laos. Pencils of Promise is dedicated to improving student literacy around the globe by building schools from the inside out through high-quality Teacher Support (TS), Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) and Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) programs.

Our new Pencils of Promise Artisan Shop is brought to you in collaboration with NOVICA, an online impact-sales platform for artisans around the world. NOVICA works in many of the same West African, Southeast Asian and Central American countries as PoP, uplifting the lives of artisans, their families and their communities.
