Horned Naab

Inspired by African royalty, Ghanaian artisan Ibrahim Seyeed designs an elegant African mask. Perfect for displaying on a tabletop, the mask is hand-carved of local sese wood do depict a horned naab, or Ghanaian king. Sayeed paints the mask with rich colors, accenting the face with embossed aluminum and brass that reflects traditional scarification practices. The mask is finished with a pipe that hangs from the mouth.
