My Neighborhood

Inspired by concepts of space management, Nigerian artist Mukaila Ayoade paints this beautiful composition. Abstract shapes in various colors decorate the canvas, representing a cityscape and the challenges of housing people adjacent to one another. Says the artist, 'If we can plan our life and manage it the way buildings have been planned, life will be easier for us.'
