Carnival

Cuban-born artist Lidia Veronica Echenagusia creates a fantasy world, born out of the hand-painted pottery dolls she used to make. This original acrylic on canvas painting depicts two women in fabulous carnival headdresses. The myriad colors and tiny details make the composition a feast for the senses.
