White ducks paddle lazily in the river where three industrious women seek water and firewood. Cooled by early morning mist, the trio enjoys a familiar camaraderie, accustomed to cooperation in everyday tasks. Stephen Dede-Bamfo depicts the Ghanaian friends in bright colors, giving his canvas a hint of naif style.
