Galactic Moon

Guatemala's Rosario Leiva uses recycled CDs to create these dangle earrings of her own design. Once shaped into crescent moons, she applies stained glass acrylic in shades of pink and purple for an accessory that really makes a statement. Rosario seeks to find creative and unique ways to use for those items that many take as 'waste,' and to raise awareness of the damage we do to the environment.
