Land of Corn

This fun set of three wristband bracelets is from Wakami, an artisan cooperative in Guatemala. The bracelets are crafted of waxed polyester cord in various colors, and each features different accents. The multicolored braided bracelet features a hombre de maiz or 'corn man' pendant. The slender maroon cord bracelet features different colored metal beads in the shape of corn kernels. The multicolored wrapped cord bracelet features a metal pendant in the shape of Guatemala as well as ceramic beads. The bracelets are all adjustable in length.
