Beloved Saint

Guatemalan artisans Juan and Carolina capture Saint Francis of Assisi and his love of animals in this beautiful sculpture. Carved from pinewood, the monk holds a bird in his hands while three other birds perch on his robe. Hand-painted floral motifs adorn his robe. The three protruding birds are removable.
