Shaded Beauty in Champagne

The women at Nicaragua's Artistic Weavers of Zapatera Island work together to create this fine shawl. They weave it by hand on the comb loom using mercerized cotton for an elegant, yet durable accessory. Featuring open patterns along its length, the champagne-colored shawl is finished with hand-knotted fringes on the ends.
